MAX15093/MAX15093A Hot-Swap Solution ICs

Analog Devices Inc. MAX15093/MAX15093A Hot-Swap Solution ICs are integrated solutions for hot-swap applications requiring the safe insertion and removal of circuit-line cards from a live backplane. The devices integrate a hot-swap controller, 3.8mΩ power MOSFET, and electronic circuit-breaker protection in a single package. The devices integrate an accurate current-sense circuitry, providing 160μA/A of proportional output current. The devices are designed for protection of 2.7V to 18V supply voltages.

Power Management ICs

Analog Devices Inc. Power Management ICs (PMICs) power innovation with precision and efficiency. With unmatched power densities, ultra-low noise technology, and superior reliability, Analog Devices’ PMIC portfolio supports complex power architectures in the most demanding applications, including industrial, automotive, and aerospace. Electronics engineers and designers are supported with power management evaluation boards and design tools, such as LTspice®, to ease development and optimize performance. From Silent Switcher® regulators and µModule® power solutions to advanced battery management, LDOs, and digital power control, ADI delivers high-efficiency, low-noise, and compact solutions that ensure reliability and scalability.

LM5060 High-Side Protection Controllers

Texas Instruments LM5060 High-Side Protection Controllers with Low Quiescent Current offers intelligent control of a high-side N-channel MOSFET during normal on/off transitions and fault conditions. The constant rise time of the output voltage results from the inrush current control. Both an Input UVLO (with hysteresis) and a programmable input OVP are provided, with an enable input offering a remote on or off control. The initial start-up VGS fault detection delay time, the transition VDS fault detection delay time, and the continuous over-current VDS fault detection delay time is programmed from a single capacitor. The MOSFET is latched off until either the enable input, or the UVLO input is toggled low and then high when a detected fault condition persists longer than the allowed fault delay time.
