Standard Inductors

TDK Corporation offers a comprehensive line of EPCOS inductors, including power inductors, SMT inductors, leaded inductors, helically wound chokes, and transponder coils. These inductors are suitable for a broad variety of applications to ensure electromagnetic compatibility, including low- and high-frequency decoupling of signal and control circuits as well as filtering of power supplies. These components can also be found in resonant circuits, impedance matching, and energy storage applications.

SIMID SMD Inductors

EPCOS / TDK SIMID SMD Inductors are offered in shielded or unshielded versions in five case sizes: 0603, 0805, 1210, 1812, and 2220. These devices feature a variety of ceramic and ferrite cores with laser-welded or laser-cut winding and flame-retardant molding. EPCOS / TDK SIMID SMD Inductors offer a rated current range of 25mA to 3510mA, an inductance range of 0.0082μH to 10mH, and a temperature range up to +145°C or +150°C. Other features include a high resonance frequency, a high Q factor, and a high L value.

Power Inductors & Chokes

EPCOS Power Inductors and Chokes feature a temperature range up to +150°C, low DC resistance, ferrite core construction, AEC-Q200 qualification, and a wide inductance value range. These power inductors are utilized in many applications, including multimedia, automotive electronics, industrial electronics, consumer electronics, DC/DC converters, and telecommunications. EPCOS Power Line Chokes offer a rated voltage of 250VAC, current-compensated ring core, and frame core double choke construction, wide inductance ranges, high inductance with low resistance, and more. The power line chokes are used in applications that involve the suppression of common-mode interferences, electronic ballasts in lamps, and switch-mode power supplies.

TDK EPCOS AEC-Q200 Qualified Inductors feature ceramic/ferrite and ferrite drum cores with flame retardant molding or an injected molded base.  These series of inductors have multiple methods of terminal windings, as well as various rated currents and inductances. Due to their resistance to high temperature, humidity, and thermal shock these inductors are ideal for a vast array of application designs, such as automotive electronic systems, telecommunications, and industrial electronics.

AEC-Q200-Qualified Inductors
