These protections include reverse battery leakage, thermal regulation and shutdown, and input and output overvoltage. Halo Microelectronics HL7022 2A Li-Ion Battery Switching Chargers offer a full-range programmable charge parameter through an I²C-compatible interface. Typical applications for HL7022 chargers include smartphones, MP3 players, and tablet PCs.
