IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

TSCR4x Linear LED Drivers

Taiwan Semiconductor TSCR4x Linear LED Drivers are high-side Constant Current Regulators (CCRs) designed to drive LEDs in strings. These drivers feature continuous output current up to 65mA with an external resistor. These devices reduce the current at increasing temperatures to self-protect and maintain a good temperature coefficient concerning the output current. The output current at higher temperatures results from the negative temperature coefficient of -0.07%/°C of the LED driver. Taiwan Semiconductor TSCR4x LED drivers are ideally used in automotive lighting, emergency lighting, advertising, signage, decorative lighting, and retail lighting in fridges and vending machines.

TSCR420 & TSCR421 Constant Current Regulators

Taiwan Semiconductor TSCR420 and TSCR421 Low-Side Constant Current Regulators (CCR) are designed to reduce current temperatures in linear LED strings. CCRs vary the voltage across a load to maintain a constant electric current. The devices regulate with a preset 10mA nominal that can be adjusted with an external resistor up to 300mA. The regulators can be used in multiple applications if the maximum supply voltage to the device is less than 40V. Taiwan Semiconductor TSCR421 has an enable (EN) pin that can be pulse-width modulated (PWM) up to 10kHz by a microcontroller for LED dimming while in low-side control.
