Arduino Pro Opta® Analog Expansion Kit A0602

Arduino Pro Opta® Analog Expansion Kit A0602 can boost Arduino Opta's real-time control, monitoring, and predictive maintenance capabilities. The Arduino Opta Analog Expansion kit allows six programmable inputs, connecting analog sensors to read voltages (0V to 10V), current (0/4mA to 20mA), or temperature via RTD PT100 sensors. Expand the system with two flexible analog outputs, programmable in voltage (0V to 10V) or current (0/4mA to 20mA), along with four PWM digital outputs. Seamlessly manage the I/Os from the Opta base unit using the Arduino ecosystem or PLC IDE IEC 61131-3 programming environment.

Features

  • 6x analog inputs programmable by the user to work in the 0V to 10V or 0/4mA to 20mA ranges or even to measure temperatures in the range -25°C to +400°C via 3x wires RTD PT100 sensors (2x out of 6x) inputs flexibility
  • 2x configurable analog outputs to deliver 0V to 10V or 0/4mA to 20mA
  • 4x digital PWM outputs
  • Up to 5x snap-on modules managed to multiply and mix the set of I/Os with seamless detection, snap it right next to the Opta Base module, and use the I/Os as native Opta resources
  • Easy DIN rail installation
  • Extend hardware capabilities while keeping programming comfort by using the Arduino IDE with a wide range of ready-to-use sketches, tutorials, and libraries
  • Put I/Os to work with PLC IDE for IEC 61131-3 PLC languages, taking advantage of its low code approach and pre-mapped resources
  • Extend the Opta's benefits of real-time remote monitoring via intuitive Arduino Cloud dashboards and secure communication to a wider set of connected devices
  • Reliable by design, thanks to industrial certifications and Finder’s expertise in electronic devices

Applications

  • Chemical manufacturing control
  • Water treatment
  • Industrial food processing
  • Smart sustainability in Green buildings
  • Security and access control
