Bergquist Company TGF 3600 3.6W/m-K, Ultra-Conforming Gap Filler offers 3.6W/m-K thermal conductivity, UL 94V-0 compliance, and is easily dispensable. TGF 3600 Gap Filler is a two-component silicone-based thermally conductive liquid gap filler that exhibits ultra-high thermal performance and superior softness. The featured low modulus help relieves CTE stresses in thermal cycling and provides excellent vertical gap stability. The TGF 3600 can be cured at either room or elevated temperature and is ultra-conforming, designed for fragile and low-stress applications. Bergquist Company GF 3600 3.6W/m-K, Ultra-Conforming Gap Filler lightly adheres to surfaces, improving surface area contact.
