Littelfuse Commercial and Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Systems offer solutions for Li-Ion battery protection, battery chargers, and power distribution. These systems provide fuses for input protection/overcurrent protection, MOSFETs for semiconductor switching, and TVS diodes for DC output transient/surge protection. The commercial and tactical UAV systems offer battery protection >60V and provide main-pack fault isolation, battery disconnect/power path control (pre-charge support), and branch circuit overcurrent protection. Drone Subsystems

Littelfuse Drone Subsystems offer solutions for USB-C PD and Li-ion battery chargers, battery pack systems, and BLDC motors. Littelfuse Remote Control Systems offer solutions for load switching, joysticks, on/off switches, and USB protection. These systems provide the protection IC (eFuse) with USB-C® for overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection for USB input. The remote control systems also provide a TVS diode array for ESD protection of the USB data lines (high-speed interface). These systems support power on/off, mode selection, user interface input, and joystick input/directional control for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) operation. KSC Sealed Tact Switches for SMT

C&K Switches KSC Series Sealed Tact Switches for SMT are ultra-long life switches designed to withstand intensive use and last up to 5 million cycles. The silicon actuators facilitate switch integration and provide possible pre-travel and post-travel depending on force and actuator hardness. The switches best match applications such as elevator and joystick buttons that require resistant switches. The KSC Series exist in both J bend and Gullwing versions to better fit the chosen soldering process.

Consumer Drone Systems

Littelfuse Consumer Drone Systems offer solutions for battery chargers, battery systems, and payload systems. These systems provide Schottky diodes for output rectification/reverse blocking, TVS diodes for secondary protection against voltage transients, and fuses to protect the power stage from overcurrent. The systems offer USB-C® for consumer drones with a 5V to 48V range and up to 240W (typical 100W to 140W), and provide battery protection for <60V. Typical applications include photography/video, FPV racing, and recreational flying.
