LCS Moisture-Sealed Rigid Light Pipes
VCC LCS Moisture-Sealed Rigid Light Pipes are available in different lengths and colors. These pipes comply with NEMA 6P/IP67 standards and are easy to assemble. The assembly process involves inserting the light pipe through the panel hole, placing the lock washer onto the lens barrel, and then twisting the retaining ring. Subsequently, the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) should be slid into position, ensuring alignment of the LED with the end of the light pipe unit The LCS light pipes feature a watertight seal from the front of the panel ideal for moisture, dust, and water protection. These light pipes are made of acrylic (clear optical grade) UL 94-HB and lenses of Polycarbonate UL 94-V2.
