LTM4652 µModule® Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4652 µModule® Regulators offer a source/sink dual ±25A or single ±50A output switching mode with ±1.5% total DC output error. The LTM4652 includes switching controllers, power MOSFETs, inductors, and all supporting components. Only a few input and output capacitors are required. The regulators operate from a 4.5V to 18V input voltage range and support two outputs with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 7.5V, each set by a single external resistor. The devices provide a high-efficiency design delivering up to ±25A continuous current for each output. Furthermore, an adjustable control loop compensation enables a fast transient response to minimize output capacitance when powering FPGAs, ASICs, and processors.
