Diodes Incorporated Offline LED Drivers are designed to deliver highly accurate, constant output current to provide a high level of light quality and avoid flickering. Advanced technologies and architectures ensure high efficiency and reduce EMI. These offline LED drivers require few external components, offer a compact package size, enable lamp designers to reduce PCB footprint, increase power density, and raise overall product reliability. The series keeps start-up and operating currents low and uses dynamic base driver control and valley-mode switching to minimize transition loss and ensure high efficiency. Diodes Incorporated LED Drivers-Controllers feature comprehensive circuit protection, including overvoltage, short-circuit, and overtemperature facilities.

AL1698K High Efficiency Dimmable LED Driver

Diodes Incorporated AL1698K High-Efficiency Dimmable LED Driver is a high efficiency, high performance, high power factor, and high current precision boost, buck-boost, and flyback dimmable LED driver designed for triac dimmable LED lamp applications. The AL1698K allows an accurate output current over a comprehensive line and load regulation. Boost topology enables the device to achieve higher than 90% efficiency, meeting the lighting regulatory high-efficiency requirements. A wide switching frequency operates at Boundary Conduction Mode (BCM) to ease EMI/EMC design and testing.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
