RRW221x GaN System-in-Packages (SiPs)

Renesas/Dialog RRW221x GaN System-in-Packages (SiPs) are zero standby power AC/DC digital SSR flyback controllers integrated with SuperGaN FETs. These SiPs feature an integrated 700V GaN flyback regulator that supports up to 100W and is ultra-efficient (up to 95%), small, cool, and lightweight. The RRW221x SiPs include built-in single-point fault protection against AC line voltage brown-in and brown-out, output short-circuit, output overvoltage, and optocoupler failure. Typical applications include USB PD adapters, auxiliary power for industrial control and automation, home appliances, networking, power tools, motor control, medical power supply, and PoE power.
