Cree LED XLamp® CXB3070 LED Arrays are high‑flux, multi‑die integrated arrays, offering high performance in an easy-to-use platform. With XLamp LED lighting‑class reliability, the CXB3070's uniform emitting surface enables both directional and non‑directional lighting applications and luminaire and lamp designs. Available in 2‑step, 3‑step, and 5‑step color consistency, the Cree LED XLamp CXB3070 LED Arrays provide high lumen output and high efficacy in a single, easy‑to‑use package that eliminates the need for reflow soldering.
