SI (Standard Inserts)

Standard Inserts (SI) employs press-in, molded-in, or heat/ultrasonic installation methods to provide strong, reusable, permanent threads in plastic. SI inserts improve resistance through various methods, such as knurling, hex-shaped bodies, undercuts and barbs, and collapsable slots (found in cold-press inserts).
