Infineon Technologies BTF3050TE Demonstration Board
Infineon Technologies BTF3050TE Demonstration Board is a small 85mm x 70mm PCB with a BTF3050TE pre-mounted. The demo board can be controlled either with a microcontroller's general logic I/O ports or with a PWM. An integrated voltage regulator provides a stable 5V to the device's supply pin. The Standard Programmable (SRP) resistor selectors allow users to control the device's slew rate, and a green LED indicates the device's status. The Infineon Technologies BTF3050TE Demo Board is compatible with Arduino UNO shield and Infineon XMC1100.
