Allegro MicroSystems ATS128LSE Sensor IC

Allegro MicroSystems ATS128LSE Sensor IC is a programmable, True Power-On State (TPOS) that is an optimized combination of a hall-effect IC and a rare-earth pellet. This switch responds to magnetic signals created by ferromagnetic targets in gear-tooth sensing and proximity sensing applications. The ATS128LSE sensor IC is externally programmable and offers a wide programming range for the magnetic operating point, BOP. The fixed hysteresis sets the magnetic release point, BRP, based on the selected BOP. This device is offered in a 4-pin SIP and is lead (Pb) free, with 100% matte tin leadframe plating. The ATS128LE IC is ideal for use in gathering speed or position information using gear-tooth-based configurations, or for proximity sensing with ferromagnetic targets.
