Amphenol Industrial TS1 Series High-Power Connectors
Amphenol Industrial TS1 Series High-Power Connectors are single-pole, metal-shell connectors with a robust latch, designed for high-power electrified systems. These connectors include 8mm contacts rated up to 300A and 12mm contacts rated up to 450A, giving designers flexibility across a wide range of high-current architectures. The TS1 connectors with 12mm versions are rated up to 2000VDC, and the 8mm versions are rated up to 1500VDC, which supports high-voltage architectures. These high-power connectors support 200A and 450A and accommodate 35mm² to 120mm² cables, including versions with individually shielded conductors.
The TS1 connectors with a metal-shell design and sealing system achieve IP6K9K, along with high-level ingress protection suitable for road spray and high-pressure washdown. These connectors are rated for up to 500 mating cycles and validated to withstand 20G vibration at rated current. The TS1 connectors operate over the -40°C to 125°C temperature range, making them appropriate for both under-hood and chassis-mounted applications. These high-power connectors are qualified to UL 4128, providing additional assurance for safety and compliance. The TS1 connectors are ideal for E-heavy commercial vehicles, E-construction equipment, E-boats, E-VTOL platforms, stationary energy storage, automotive, industrial power, railway supply, and machine-building industries.
