ams OSRAM Mira050 NIR Enhanced Global Shutter Image Sensors

ams OSRAM Mira050 NIR Enhanced Global Shutter Image Sensors are compact 0.5MP near-infrared enhanced global shutter image sensors developed for 2D and 3D consumer and industrial machine vision applications. The sensors have a small 2.79µm pixel size with high sensitivity resulting from state-of-the-art BSI technology. The Mira050 has a MIPI CSI-2 interface, enabling easy interfacing with many processors and FPGAs.

Due to the small size, configurability, and high sensitivity in visual and NIR, the ams OSRAM Mira050 Sensors are ideal for 2D and 3D applications, including Active Stereo Vision, Structured Light Vision, and AR/VR. The high sensitivity in NIR allows an expanded measurement range and overall system power consumption optimization, which is essential for battery-powered consumer and industrial applications.
