ams OSRAM AS621x Digital Temperature Sensors

ams OSRAM AS621x Digital Temperature Sensors are a complete digital sensor system. It features eight I2C addresses to serve complex design needs. This feature is especially useful during the product prototyping phase, when several heat-sensitive areas may need to be monitored without requiring additional system application processor resources. These sensors are a fully calibrated and linearized sensor system that is easy to integrate into any digital system. The family has different temperature accuracies to give the ideal option for the customer's needs. The integrated alarm functionality enables the microcontroller to wake up at defined temperature thresholds. An internal voltage regulator allows stable accuracy independent of the supply voltage between 1.71V and 3.6V. For power-sensitive applications, the ams OSRAM AS621x Digital Temperature Sensors can enter a low-power wait mode with a current consumption of 0.1μA.
