Asahi Kasei Microdevices HW Hypersensitive Hall Element ICs
Asahi Kasei Microdevices HW Hypersensitive Hall Element ICs are InSb (Ultra High Sensitivity) Hall elements with an output voltage between 274mV and 370mV. These ultra-high-sensitivity hall elements detect changes in a magnetic field instantly. These devices achieve stable temperature characteristics in a constant voltage drive use case than a constant current drive. The Asahi Kasei Microdevices HW Hypersensitive Hall Element ICs are composed of Indium antimonide (InSb) material. Typical applications include DC brushless motors and closed-loop current sensors.Features
- Ultra-high sensitivity
- It works even with a relatively weak magnetic field
Applications
- Detection of opening and closing of mobile phones and PCs
- Detection with joystick, magnetic encoder
- Position detection with brushless motor
- Current measurement with overhead wire ammeter (clamp type ammeter)
- Wheel rotation speed detection
