Atmosic Technologies ATM32x1 BLUETOOTH® 5.0 SoCs with Energy Harvesting

Atmosic Technologies ATM32x1 BLUETOOTH® 5.0 System-on-Chips (SoCs) with Energy Harvesting are extremely low-power solutions with an integrated BLUETOOTH 5.0 complaint radio with Arm® Cortex® M0 application processor. The ATM32x1 SoCs offer 128KB Random Access Memory (RAM), 4KB One-Time Programmable (OTP) memory, and sophisticated power management. Low-duty cycle operation support allows systems to run significantly longer without battery replacement. These components support operation from various energy harvesting sources, including RF, Photovoltaic, TEG (Thermoelectric generator), and motion. Supported innovative wake-up mechanisms provide options for further power consumption reduction. The Atmosic Technologies ATM32x1 Extreme Low Power BLUETOOTH® 5.0 SoCs are available in three package types to meet various I/O and form factor requirements.
