Central Semiconductor CAK3 & CAK6 TVS Diodes

Central Semiconductor CAK3 and CAK6 TVS Diodes are designed to protect voltage-sensitive components from high voltage transients. The voltage transients of TVS diodes range from 12V to 380V (3kA) and 42V to 240V (6kA). These CAK3 and CAK6 diodes are bi-directional transient voltage suppressors manufactured with glass passivated chips for optimum reliability. The TVS diodes offer a very low clamping voltage of 28V and ESD protection of data lines in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2. These CAK3 and CAK6 TVS diodes offer -55°C to 125°C of operating junction temperature range and -55°C to 150°C of the storage temperature range. The TVS diodes are ideal for high voltage 5G transmitter applications.
