Diodes Incorporated 74LVC3Gxx Triple Buffer Gates

Diodes Incorporated 74LVC3Gxx Triple Buffer Gates are engineered for operation with a 1.65V to 5.5V power supply range. The 74LVC3Gxx offers standard push-pull outputs with inputs tolerant to 5.5V, allowing use in a mixed-voltage environment.

The Diodes Incorporated 74LVC3Gxx Triple Buffer Gates are fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down.

Each of the buffers performs the positive Boolean function: Y = A
