Diodes Incorporated DSCxA065LP Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diodes feature superior reverse leakage stability at high temperatures in a DFN8080 package. The robust, industry-standard DFN8080 package is made of plastic using a "green" molding compound. The DSCxA065LP series from Diodes Incorporated is ideal for use as rectifiers, freewheel diodes, or blocking diodes in power factor correction (PFC), industrial motor drivers, power inverters, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
