Diodes Incorporated S8MCQ Surface Mount Glass Passivated Rectifier is designed with a guard ring for high surge capacity and transient protection. This rectifier offers high current capability and low forward voltage drop. The S8MCQ glass passivated rectifier features glass passivated die construction in a molded plastic case. The case material has a UL flammability classification rating of 94V-0 and a moisture sensitivity Level 1 per J-STD-020. This rectifier has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V, 8A rectified output current, and 10µA peak reverse current.
