Diodes Incorporated DML1012ALDSQ Single-Channel Smart Load Switch

Diodes Inc. DML1012ALDSQ Single-Channel Smart Load Switch offers a very low on-resistance in a small package. It contains an N-channel MOSFET for up to VBIAS = 1.5V input-voltage operation and a 6A channel with a 3.2V to 5.5V bias supply. A low-voltage control signal controls the Diodes Inc. DML1012ALDSQ Smart Load Switch through the ON pin.
