EPC EPC90133 Half-Bridge Eval Board

Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) EPC90133 Half-Bridge Evaluation Board features all critical components on a single board to simplify evaluation of the EPC2302 eGaN® FET. This development board can be easily connected to most existing converter topologies and measures 2" x 2". Various probe points enable simple waveform measurement and efficiency calculation. Specifications include a 100V maximum device voltage and 40A maximum output current. The EPC90133 half-bridge evaluation board from EPC has a layout that supports optimal switching performance.
