Amphenol FCI CoolPower® HD Connectors

Amphenol FCI CoolPower® HD Connectors are a high-density pin-and-socket cable-to-board connector system for compact, power-dense applications. These connectors provide an ideal solution for addressing the increasing demands of modern power consumption. The CoolPower HD connectors support a wide range of pin diameters, including 5.7mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 9.1mm. These connectors offer exceptional current-carrying capabilities ranging from 100A to 250A per pin. The CoolPower HD connectors feature flexible, low-profile housings that minimize board space while optimizing airflow, making these connectors well-suited for space-constrained applications.

The CoolPower® HD connectors include vertical and right-angle (90-degree) type connectors. These connectors offer a pull-to-release latching mechanism for vertical connectors and an automatic snap-fit latching for right-angle connectors, ensuring reliable installation and secure connections. Typical applications include power supply units, battery backup units, telecom, rack and power (high-voltage), artificial intelligence or machine learning, server or storage, and data center.
