Infineon Technologies S25HSxGT and S25HSxGT SEMPER™ Flash with Quad SPI is a high-performance, safe, and reliable NOR Flash solution. The components integrate critical safety features for a broad range of applications, including automotive, industrial, and communications. S25HSxGT and S25HSxGT SEMPER Flash Memory feature a Quad SPI Interface that supports 1S-1S-4S, 1S-4S-4S, 1S-4D-4D, 4S-4S-4S, and 4S-4D-4D protocols. Infineon Technologies S25HSxGT and S25HSxGT SEMPER Flash meet automotive functional safety standards and are ASIL-B compliant and ASIL-D ready.
