KEMET HV-HT High-Voltage High-Temperature MLCCs
KEMET HV-HT High-Voltage High-Temperature 200°C Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are constructed of a robust and proprietary base metal electrode (BME) dielectric system that performs in extreme temperatures. These surface-mountable C0G capacitors feature a 200°C maximum operating temperature and are specifically designed to withstand harsh industrial environments such as oil exploration and automotive / avionics engine compartment circuitry. The HV-HT series is available in an EIA case size range from 0805 to 4540, providing a maximum capacitance of 150nF with voltages up to 2000V. KEMET HV-HT High-Voltage High-Temperature MLCCs are 100% lead free, RoHS compliant, and REACH compliant without exemptions.Features
