Keysight Technologies Passive Test Probes
Keysight Technologies Passive Test Probes utilize a sharp probe tip that is spring-loaded to prevent the probe from slipping off the device being tested. The passive test probes provide 1:1, 10:1, 20:1, and 100:1 attenuation ratios with auto probe ID readout and a wide compensation range for a variety of scope inputs. They offer a small 2.5mm probe tip, 35MHz to 1.5GHz bandwidth range, 400VAC maximum input rating. Keysight Technologies Passive Test Probes operate in the 0°C to +50°C temperature range.
