TKYOCERA AVX conventional tantalum / MnO2 capacitors offer a long lifetime and no wear-out mechanism. Niobium Oxide (OxiCap®) offers extreme stability for low voltage automotive applications, while conductive polymer offers low ESR, benign failure mode, and high voltage ratings.

MnO2 Tantalum Automotive Capacitors meet automotive-industry specifications for high-temperature capacitors up to 250°C while also meeting requirements for high reliability. These capacitors are ideal for use in automotive applications such as cabin entertainment, airbags, ABS, and more.
