Littelfuse P-0S1-LRP Voice-DS1 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse P-0S1-LRP Voice-DS1 SIDACtor® SMA Protection Thyristors are designed to protect baseband equipment such as phones, faxes, modems, line cards, CPE, and DSL from damaging overvoltage transients. The components provide a surface mount solution that enables equipment to comply with global regulatory standards, and surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The SMA thyristors from Littelfuse feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, low capacitance, and fail short circuits when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
