Littelfuse SC2200-01UTG Unidirectional Discrete TVS Diode

Littelfuse SC2200-01UTG Unidirectional Discrete TVS Diode is manufactured and fabricated using proprietary silicon avalanche technology. This robust device can safely absorb repetitive electrostatic discharge events at the higher levels specified by IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. Furthermore, the SC2200-01UTG diode can safely dissipate a 100A surge current with an 8/20μs waveform, ensuring reliable protection for sensitive electronic components (IEC61000-4-5 2nd edition). This TVS diode features low clamping voltage and is designed to provide protection against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and lightning-induced surges. The unidirectional SC2200-01UTG diode offers a 10nA low leakage current (@22V) and is suitable for VBUS protection for fast-charging USB circuits.
