Littelfuse TP5.0SMDJ Surface-Mount TVS Diodes
Littelfuse TP5.0SMDJ Surface-Mount TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients due to lightning strikes. TP5.0SMDJ diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and offer excellent clamping capability, a low-profile SMD package, a glass-passivated chip junction, and a built-in strain relief. These diodes feature 5000W peak pulse power capability at 10µs/1000µs waveform, a fast response time of typically less than 1ps, and a low incremental surge resistance. Littelfuse TP5.0SMDJ Surface-Mount TVS Diodes are suitable for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits found in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
