Micro Commercial Components (MCC) SMF 200W Transient Voltage Suppressors are small, high thermal efficiency TVS diodes with stand-off voltage ranging from 5V to 170V. These suppressors feature 200W peak power dissipation, 30A peak forward surge current, and low clamping voltage. MCC SMF 200W Transient Voltage Suppressors have an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. The surface-mount devices are offered in unidirectional and bidirectional types.Features
