Melexis MLX91299 1200V Monolithic Silicon RC (Si-RC) Snubbers are integrated Si-RC snubbers for Silicon Carbide (SiC) power modules. The Melexis MLX91299 suppresses voltage spikes and ringing, boosting reliability, efficiency, and switching frequency. These Si-RC snubbers offer factory-selectable R and C values for precise surge voltage suppression. MLX91299 snubbers are rated up to 1200V and designed for seamless integration into power modules for higher switching frequencies and the maximization of wide-bandgap semiconductors.
