Microchip Technology 25CS320 32-Kbit SPI Serial EEPROM uses an SPI-compatible bus organized into 4096 bytes of 8-bits each (4KB). Microchip Technology 25CS320 is designed for consumer, industrial, and automotive applications and offers reliable, nonvolatile memory storage with a wide operating voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. The device requires a clock input (SCK), data input (SI), and data output (SO) lines, with access controlled via a Chip Select (CS) input. It also features a pause function, allowing the host to handle higher-priority tasks while ignoring input transitions, except for Chip Select.Features
