Mini-Circuits RFS-2G42G5050+ High-Power Coaxial Signal-Source Modules generate pulsed and continuous-wave (CW) signals from 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz at power levels as high as 50W. Mini-Circuits RFS-2G42G5050+ High-Power Signal-Source Modules can operate as a standalone amplifier with 51.5dB gain across the same frequency range. The modules typically draw 4.25A from a +28VDC supply and feature integrated couplers and detectors for forward and reverse power detection.
