Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPS2143 Synchronous Step Down Switchers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPS2143 Synchronous Step Down Switchers are monolithic step-down switch-mode converters with internal power MOSFETs. The MPS2143 series can deliver up to 3A of continuous current from a 2.5 to 5.5V input, all with excellent load and line regulation. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. Constant-on-time control provides a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault condition protections include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. MPS MPS2143 Synchronous Step Down Switchers are available in a small TSOT23-8 package, and only a minimal number of standard components are needed.
