Nisshinbo R1260S Synchronous Step-down DC/DC Controllers
Nisshinbo R1260S Synchronous Step-down DC/DC Controllers generate an output voltage of 1V to 16V by driving external high-/low-side NMOSFETs. These controllers can form a stable DC/DC converter with high efficiency even if adding low Ron MOSFETs and a low DCR inductor externally. The R1260S DC/DC controllers use a unique current-mode PWM architecture without an external current sense resistor. These controllers are designed to provide 48V power from a wide input voltage range of 5V to 60V. The R1260S DC/DC controllers feature a high-accuracy feedback voltage of 0.8V ±1.5%. The R1260S032A-E2-KE controller is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified. Typical applications include EV inverters and chargers, a 48V battery system (mild hybrid), and commercial vehicles.
