Nuvoton N9H30 32-bit Microprocessors

Nuvoton N9H30 32-bit Microprocessors embed a CPU core ARM926EJ-S, run up to 300MHz, 56KB embedded SRAM, and 16KB internal boot ROM for booting from USB. These microprocessors integrate a USB 2.0 HS HOST/device controller with High-Speed (HS) transceiver embedded, a TFT-type LCD controller. The N9H30 microprocessors integrate a DRAM I/F that runs up to 150MHz with supporting DDR or DDR2 type SDRAM. These devices provide Multi-Chip Package (MCP) to ensure high performance and to minimize the system design efforts.
