NXP Semiconductors PF502x Power Management Integrated Circuits

NXP PF502x Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) integrate multiple high-performance buck regulators into a single device. These PMICs operate as a stand-alone point-of-load regulator IC or as a companion chip to a larger PMIC. The series offers built-in, one-time programmable (OTP) memory that stores key startup configurations. This OTP feature also reduces external components typically used to set output voltage and sequence of regulators, resulting in a sleeker device. The regulator parameters are adjustable through high-speed I2C after startup, permitting flexibility for different system states. NXP PF502x PMICs are ideal for automotive infotainment and high-end consumer and industrial applications.
