Omron Electronics G3VM-31QV / 61QV MOSFET Relays

Omron Electronics G3VM-31QV / 61QV MOSFET Relays feature a current-limiting internal resistor on the input side. This design uses less space and reduces the number of parts on a board. These relays are voltage-driven and can be used by voltage control due to the internal resistor. The relays come in a S-VSON(L) package with four pins and surface-mounting terminals. Omron Electronics G3VM-31QV / 61QV MOSFET Relays offer a 2.5V or 5V (typical) operating input forward voltage, 30V or 60V load voltage, and a high ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to +110°C. The G3VM-31QV / 61QV series is RoHS compliant and ideal for semiconductor test equipment, test and measurement equipment, communication equipment, and data loggers.
