onsemi N24C008 8Kb I2C CMOS Serial EEPROMs

onsemi N24C008 8Kb I2C CMOS Serial EEPROMs are internally organized as 1024 words of 8-bits each. These devices feature a 16-byte page write buffer and support the Standard (100kHz), Fast (400kHz), and Fast-Plus (1MHz) I2C protocols. The onsemi N24C008 EEPROMs also feature a 128-bit factory-set read-only unique ID, software write protection of the entire array, and a 16-byte secure data page that can be permanently locked against future changes. A device configuration register enables the user to specify the last 1-bit of the device address, allowing up to two onsemi N24C008 devices to be addressed on the same bus.
