Qorvo QPC5330 SOI 6-Bit Digital Attenuator

Qorvo QPC5330 SOI 6-Bit Digital Attenuator is an ultra-wideband SOI 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA). The Qorvo QPC5330 operates from 0.02GHz to 15GHz and provides 31.5dB attenuation with an attenuation step size (LSB) of 0.5dB. The attenuator typically achieves a low step error of less than 0.1dB. The QPC5430 also offers multiple control options, including parallel, SPI, or I2C, as well as the ability to control multiple DSAs simultaneously using either addressing or daisy chaining. Allowing for easy system integration, the QPC5330 attenuator is housed in a 3.5mm x 3.5mm QFN package with minimal DC power consumption.
