RECOM Power RVP Primary-Side Power ICs

RECOM Power RVP Primary-Side Power ICs support input voltages up to 30V and are available in various topologies to meet system needs. The push-pull power ICs, such as RVP010 and RVP6501, handle a wide range of isolated applications. The RVP6501, meanwhile, provides pin and functional compatibility with the industry-established 6501-type, enabling existing designs to be migrated with minimal layout modification effort. The RVP001, RVP003, and RVP005 employ a full-bridge topology for applications focused on simplified magnetics design. This topology eliminates the need for a primary-side center-tapped winding, simplifying the winding structure and reducing magnetic asymmetries. The symmetrical drive of the transformer core allows the use of magnetic material. RECOM RVP ICs address applications in the energy, industrial, and medical sectors that require compact, scalable, and isolated DC/DC converters.
