Renesas Electronics RX23T 32-Bit Microcontrollers
Renesas Electronics RX23T 32-Bit Microcontrollers are intended for single inverter control and operates in a broad voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V. The RX23T Microcontrollers integrate an FPU (floating-point processing unit) that allows the easy programmability of complex inverter control algorithms. The easy programmability significantly reduces the time required for software development and maintenance.Additionally, the RX200 core enables the current consumed in software standby mode (with RAM retention) to a tiny 0.45μA. Utilizing the broad voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, useful for inverter control, the RX23T MCUS is highly compatible with the RX62T Group at the pin arrangement and software level.
The Renesas Electronics RX23T 32-Bit MCUs are available in LFQFP-48, LQFP-52, LFQFP-64 packages.
