ROHM Semiconductor RNxMFH Automotive Grade PIN Diodes

ROHM Semiconductor RNxMFH Automotive Grade PIN Diodes are available in ultra-small mold packages suitable for high-frequency switching. These PIN diodes offer high reliability, low capacitance, and low high-frequency forward resistance. The ROHM RNxMFH PIN diodes are designed using epitaxial planar type construction and come in SOD-523 or SOD-323FL packages. These PIN diodes are RoHS compliant and operate within a -55°C to +150°C temperature range.
