Semtech SX1303 LoRa® Gateway Baseband Processor

Semtech SX1303 LoRa® Gateway Baseband Processor is a new generation of baseband LoRa chips for gateways. This processor reduces current consumption, simplifies the thermal design of gateways, and reduces the Bill Of Materials (BOM) costs. The SX1303 processor from Semtech supports Fine Timestamp capability when network-based geolocation is required. This processor features a high-speed 250kHz/500kHz LoRa demodulator, (G)FSK demodulator and a single 32MHz clock.

Features

  • Reduces current consumption
  • Simplifies the thermal design of gateways
  • Reduces the BOM costs
  • Fine Timestamp
  • LoRaWAN, Class A/B/C, and all regions
  • Multi-SF 125kHz LoRa reception with Fine Timestamp
  • High-speed 250kHz/500kHz LoRa demodulator
  • (G)FSK demodulator
