Silicon Labs EFR32BG22E Wireless Gecko System-on-Chips (SoCs) are a single-die solution that offers a BLUETOOTH® 5 Direction Finding feature and a 76.8MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 with a high-performance 2.4GHz radio. This energy-efficient, wireless SoC is ideal for enabling energy-friendly Bluetooth 5 networking for IoT devices that require fast startup. The module features up to 512kB flash and 32kB RAM, an energy-efficient radio core with low active and sleep currents, and a fast cold start boot time and wake-up from EM4. Silicon Labs EFR32BG22E Wireless Gecko is designed for various applications, including asset tags and beacons, consumer electronics, portable devices, Bluetooth Mesh low-power nodes, building automation and security, energy harvesting, and tire pressure sensors.
